Triventricular hydrocephalus is a specific type of hydrocephalus.
Definition
In triventricular hydrocephalus, not all four cerebral ventricles are hydrocephalic; instead, only the first three ventricles are affected without involvement of the fourth ventricle[^1].
Etiology
A possible cause for triventricular hydrocephalus can be an aqueductal stenosis.
