The Sacral Slope (SS) is the angle between a horizontal reference line and a line parallel to the upper surface of the sacrum and is an important parameter of the sagittal balance.
Normal Values
In patients with lumbar spinal canal stenosis, an average Sacral Slope of 35.3° (13.8° – 66.9°) is observed[^1].
