Pediculization refers to the surgical procedure of accessing the Vertebral body transpedicularly in order to perform, for example, Vertebroplasty, Kyphoplasty, or Spinal fusion using Pedicle screws.

Procedure

Pediculization can be performed using one or two fluoroscopy units, depending on the operating room equipment[^1].
