Orbitozygomatic Approach

The orbitozygomatic (OZ) approach provides access to the anterior and middle cranial fossa, as well as the parasellar and interpeduncular areas[^1]. Various variations of the orbitozygomatic approach have been described in the literature. In principle, the orbitozygomatic approach is an extension of the pterional approach with additional osteotomies involving the zygomatic bone and the orbit.
