Interhemispheric hygroma

An interhemispheric hygroma is a Hygroma located adjacent to the Falx cerebri.

Etiology

This type of Hygroma can, for example, frequently be observed in patients after a decompressive hemicraniectomy and is interpreted as a sign of a cerebrospinal fluid circulation disorder[^1].
