Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament is referred to as OPLL (Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament) and was first described as early as 1834[^2].
Localization
The cervical spine is most commonly affected and, in rare cases, may lead to Myelopathy [^1]; however, the condition is generally asymptomatic.
