The lateral lemniscus is a fiber bundle in the Brainstem and part of the Auditory pathway.
Anatomy
The lateral lemniscus receives information from the Superior olivary nucleus and the Cochlear nucleus on the contralateral side. The lateral lemniscus courses as a fiber bundle in a topographic arrangement to the two ventral portions of the Inferior colliculi of the Quadrigeminal plate[^1].
