Posterior cochlear nucleus

The posterior cochlear nucleus is a nuclear region on the dorsolateral surface of the brainstem.

Anatomy

Together with the Ventral cochlear nucleus, it forms the Cochlear nuclei, where all nerve fibers from the cochlea synapse with their second-order neurons.
