Inferior sagittal sinus

The inferior sagittal sinus is an intradural venous channel of the brain.

Anatomy

The inferior sagittal sinus runs within the falx cerebri at the lower edge of the longitudinal cerebral fissure and transitions into the straight sinus, which in turn drains into the confluens sinuum[^1].
