The Tübingen line connects the dural folds between the region of the Foramen jugulare and the Sinus sigmoideus. Intraoperatively, this line is seen at the transition from a folded to a smooth dural surface. This dural landmark marks the inferior portion of the Meatus acusticus internus[^1].
