The superior cerebellar cistern is located in the posterior cranial fossa on the superior aspect of the cerebellar surface.
Anatomy
The superior cerebellar cistern contains branches of the Superior cerebellar artery (SCA)[^1] and borders the Cisterna magna and Quadrigeminal cistern[^1].
