Intra-arterial spasmolysis is an invasive therapeutic procedure for the treatment of cerebral vasospasm[^1].

Procedure

Intra-arterial spasmolysis may, for example, be performed by intra-arterial administration of Nimotop or Milrinone as part of digital subtraction angiography.
