Cytotoxic lesions of the corpus callosum (CLOCC) are secondary lesions in the corpus callosum that appear on MRI as lesions with diffusion restriction.
Etiology
CLOCCs are associated with many causes, such as drug therapies, malignant diseases, infections, subarachnoid hemorrhages, metabolic disorders, trauma, and other entities[^1].
Imaging
Involvement of the corpus callosum typically follows one of three patterns: a small round or oval lesion is seen in the center of the splenium, a lesion localized in the splenium that extends laterally via the callosal radiations into the surrounding white matter, or a lesion originating from the posterior section of the corpus callosum with anterior expansion[^1].
