The brachial plexus is formed by the spinal cord segments C5–Th1 and divides into a supraclavicular and an infraclavicular part.

  • Musculocutaneous nerve

  • Median nerve

  • Ulnar nerve

  • Medial cutaneous nerve of arm

  • Medial cutaneous nerve of forearm

  • Axillary nerve

  • Radial nerve

  • Subscapular nerve

  • Thoracodorsal nerve
