The arcuate fasciculus is a bundle of fibers in the brain that connects the Wernicke area in the posterior temporal lobe and the Broca area in the inferior frontal lobe.[^1]
Anatomy
The arcuate fasciculus is the main connection between Broca's area, which is usually located in the pars triangularis of the inferior frontal gyrus, and Wernicke's area, which is usually located in the dorsal portion of the superior temporal gyrus.
