The classification by Yson et al. from the year 2013[^1] describes the injury of facet joints through pedicle screws based on 3 different grades.
Classification
Grade | Description |
Grade 0 | No impingement |
Grade 1 | Screw head in contact/suspected to be in contact with facet joint. |
Grade 2 | Screw clearly invaded the facet joint |
