The Meyerding classification is used for the radiographic classification of Spondylolisthesis and was first described by Meyerding[^1] in 1933:

Classification

Meyerding grade

Description

Meyerding grade I

Spondylolisthesis up to 25%

Meyerding grade II

Spondylolisthesis up to 50%

Meyerding grade III

Spondylolisthesis up to 75%

Meyerding grade IV

Spondylolisthesis over 75%
