proGAV 1.0 shunt system

The proGAV 1.0 shunt valves are predecessors of the proGAV 2.0 Valves and are also marketed by the same company, Miethke.

Imaging

The proGAV 1.0 shunt system can be identified on radiographic imaging[^1]

Pressure-level setting

The pressure level currently set on a proGAV 1.0 valve can be determined using an X-ray of the shunt valve.
