The stria medullaris thalami is a fiber bundle of the thalamus that extends to the habenular nuclei, a part of the epithalamus.
Anatomy
The stria medullaris thalami contains fibers from the septal nuclei, the Substantia perforata anterior and the preoptic region[^1].
