sEEG Electrode

A stereo-electroencephalography (sEEG) electrode is a depth electrode through which EEG signals from depth electrodes can be recorded after or during stereotactic brain surgery.

Use

This recording method is used in the diagnostic evaluation of patients with pharmacoresistant epilepsy.
