Osteoplastic craniotomy

An osteoplastic craniotomy is a Craniotomy in which the removed bone flap is replaced at the end of the operation.

Application

An osteoplastic craniotomy is the usual method for gaining access to, for example, a Brain tumor or an Aneurysm.
