Inferior temporal line

Linea temporalis inferior ossis parietalis, inferior temporal line of parietal bone

The inferior temporal line is a flat, arcuate bony ridge on the outer surface of the Os parietale and runs parallel to the Linea temporalis superior. The inferior temporal line delimits the cranial extent of the origin of the temporalis muscle.
