Cingulum

The cingulum is a robust fiber system composed of shorter and longer fibers, located beneath the Cingulate gyrus, that follows the entire course of the cingulate gyrus.

Anatomy

The long fibers extend from the parolfactory region and the rostrum of the Corpus callosum to the entorhinal region[^1].
