Choroidal fissure

The choroidal fissure is a groove representing the medial part of the lateral ventricle. Within the choroidal fissure runs the choroid plexus.

Clinical Relevance

In rare cases, cysts can occur in the choroidal fissure, which can cause epileptic seizures[^1].
