The Canalis centralis (central canal) is a narrow canal centrally located in the Spinal cord that contains Cerebrospinal fluid.

Anatomy

The Canalis centralis extends along the entire length of the spinal cord and continues into the Medulla oblongata of the brain until it opens into the fourth ventricle.
