The anterior meningeal artery arises from the anterior ethmoidal artery and enters the anterior cranial fossa through the anterior ethmoidal foramen.

Supply

The anterior meningeal artery supplies the dura mater in the region of the anterior cranial fossa, particularly in the area of the cribriform plate, and forms anastomoses with the middle meningeal artery and posterior meningeal artery[^1].
