The Processus clinoideus anterior can serve as the site of origin for Meningioma. These rare[^1] meningiomas are then referred to according to their location as clinoidal meningiomas or anterior clinoid process meningiomas.
Symptoms
Anterior clinoid process meningiomas frequently present with unilateral visual impairment[^3].
Classification
Anterior clinoid process meningiomas can be divided into 3 groups according to Al-Mefty[^2].

Imaging
The gold standard for imaging anterior clinoid process meningiomas is MRI imaging. In particular, contrast-enhanced T1-weighted sequences provide optimal visualization for assessment.
