The TL AOSIS Score is used to classify and assess spinal fractures.

Interpretation

The points calculated from the score can be interpreted as follows1:

  • 0-3 points: Conservative treatment
  • 4-5 points: Surgical or conservative treatment
  • > 5 points: Surgical treatment
