Inferior parietal lobule

The inferior parietal lobule is a part of the parietal lobe.

Anatomy

The inferior parietal lobule is separated by the horizontally running intraparietal sulcus from the superior parietal lobule. Anteriorly, the inferior parietal lobule is separated by the postcentral sulcus from the postcentral gyrus [^1].
