BNI Classification for Trigeminal Pain

The BNI Pain Intensity Score is used to classify pain in the area of the trigeminal nerve[^1].
Classification
Grade | Description |
I | No trigeminal pain, no medication. |
II | Occasional trigeminal pain, no medication. |
III | Pain, but well controlled with medication. |
IV | Pain, not adequately controlled with medication. |
V | Severe pain, no improvement with medication. |
